Enquiries are a starting point
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a service contract, guarantee availability or commit either party to proceed. Sagacity will review the request before confirming whether an appropriate service can be offered.
Agreeing a service
Before paid work begins, the applicable proposal, scope or service terms should identify the work, price, delivery arrangements, responsibilities, important exclusions and any cancellation or refund rights. Those agreed service-specific terms take priority for that engagement where they differ from these website terms.
Specialist delivery
An official Sagacity service may involve an approved specialist. Sagacity will explain the delivery arrangement and accountable route before work begins. A separate referral relationship will be identified clearly and is not the same as a Sagacity-delivered service.
Guidance and professional boundaries
General website and insight content is informational and does not replace legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Any service with specialist boundaries will state them in its description or agreed scope.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Sagacity owns or is licensed to use the website content, branding and materials. You may use them for ordinary personal reference but must not reproduce, sell or present them as your own without permission. Ownership and licences for commissioned work are dealt with in the relevant service terms.
Availability and changes
Sagacity works to keep the website reliable, but maintenance, provider failures and security work may interrupt access. Features or routes may be improved or retired. Reasonable notice will be given where a change materially affects an active paid engagement.
Suspension and ending access
Sagacity may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect people, information, the service or legal obligations. You may stop using the website at any time and can request account deletion through your account or by contacting Sagacity, subject to records that must be retained.
