You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Academy and Cyber Readiness materials are educational and practical guidance. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, pastoral or specialist cybersecurity advice. A review or score cannot guarantee that an incident will not occur; you remain responsible for decisions, controls and professional support appropriate to your situation.
You keep ownership of content you share. You give Sagacity permission to store and display it where needed to operate the community. Do not post confidential information without authority, unlawful material, harassment, spam or content that places another person at risk. The Community guidelines form part of these terms.
Prices and what is included are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment details; Sagacity does not store card numbers. Paid digital access may begin immediately after purchase. If access is missing, duplicated or materially not as described, contact us promptly so we can investigate and apply any rights available under applicable consumer law.
We work to keep Sagacity reliable, but maintenance, provider failures and security work may occasionally interrupt access. We may improve or retire features where necessary, with reasonable notice when a change materially affects paid access.
We may restrict or end access where needed to protect members, the service or legal obligations, especially after serious or repeated breaches. You may stop using Sagacity at any time and can request account deletion through your account or by contacting us.
