Sagacity
Privacy

Your trust matters to us

We collect only what is needed to provide the network, protect its members and deliver the services you choose.

What we collect

Sagacity stores what is needed to create your account, keep you signed in, support onboarding, record your profile choices and save information you submit through courses, communities, Build enquiries and Cyber Readiness questionnaires.

Analytics and browser storage

We ask before using analytics. If you allow it, Sagacity records privacy-safe page and pathway events with a browser-session identifier. We do not send names, email addresses, form answers or private content to analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser and can be changed through Privacy settings in the footer.

Service providers

Supabase provides account and database services, Vercel hosts the application, Stripe processes payments, Resend supports application email, Google Calendar checks availability, Zoom provides private meetings and YouTube supplies public video content. Legacy Calendly records may be retained for earlier bookings. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and email preferences from your account. Access, correction and deletion requests can be submitted and tracked from the Your information section of your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or financial reasons.

How it is used

Your information is used to provide your account, guide your next step, protect the network, process paid access where relevant and support the service you asked for.

Payments and sensitive context

Payments are handled through Stripe. Sagacity stores purchase records and questionnaire answers, but does not store card details. Please avoid sharing passwords, secrets or unnecessary sensitive data in forms.

Questions about your information?

Please contact Sagacity before sharing sensitive information through the platform. We will explain what we hold and help with a reasonable access, correction or deletion request.
