We collect only what is needed to provide the network, protect its members and deliver the services you choose.
Sagacity stores the details needed to provide your account and respond to requests you choose to submit. A service enquiry may include your name, contact details, organisation, area of need, desired outcome and timing. Please include only information that is relevant to the work.
We ask before using analytics. If you allow it, Sagacity records privacy-safe page and pathway events with a browser-session identifier. We do not send names, email addresses, form answers or private content to analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser and can be changed through Privacy settings in the footer.
Supabase provides account and database services and Vercel hosts the application. Google Calendar may be used to check availability and Zoom provides private meetings. Legacy Calendly records may be retained for earlier bookings. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
You can update your profile and email preferences from your account. Access, correction and deletion requests can be submitted and tracked from the Your information section of your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or financial reasons.
Your information is used to provide your account, review and route your enquiry, contact you about it, deliver work you agree to, keep appropriate records and protect the network from misuse.
Do not share passwords, access keys, card details, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry. If a service later requires more sensitive context, Sagacity will agree an appropriate and more private route with you first.
Please contact Sagacity before sharing sensitive information through the platform. We will explain what we hold and help with a reasonable access, correction or deletion request.
